The Sauce.

A Blue Cheese and Cream sauce for the Filet Mignon. We all ate in silence.I wonder why...we were speechless. After removing the beef James added a touch of red wine, pouring cream, blue cheese and lots of black pepper. Soma.Santa Teresa.Costa Rica.
