Hot Corn.

I actually ate this dish in Cafe Havana in New York and tried to replicate it. It worked like a treat. Boil Some corn on the cobs. Sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper or Chili Powder. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with fresh lime.
