James Kelly at Soma.

James Kelly at Soma is worth going to Costa Rica from anywhere for. His cooking is out of this world. His Passion for food is a joy to witness and how gifted am i to be his friend and eat in his kitchen at home which is a rarity as he is always cooking for clients. This beautiful piece of filet mignon is being seared in a pan the sauce will follow.
