Chop a red onion. Slice thinly some chorizo. Fry over until golden in some olive oil.
Chop up some potatoes into small cubes and add to the fried ingredients. Add vegetable stock and simmer for 30 minutes. Slice thinly a savoy cabbage and add to the soup.
Cook until cabbage is soft.
Add some smoked paprika to some olive oil and dribble over the piping hot soup.
So delicious I'm just off to finish the leftovers.
