The simplest of Fishes.

1 small sea bass per person. I like to take the heads off. Place a stick of rosemary two slices of lemon a splash of olive oil a splash of white wine and lots of sea salt. Wrap each fish in foil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. I served with new roast potatoes and a salad of english lettuce and radishes.
