Quick Tuna Stew.

Serves 2. Finely chop half an onion and two cloves of garlic and fry till soft in olive oil. Add some finely chopped chilli to taste. Add 2 cans of dolphin friendly tuna, 1 can chopped tomatoes and a tablespoon of tomato puree Boil 2 corn on the cobs and remove the kernels by running a knife down the flesh add to the stew with 4 large handfuls of fresh spinach. Serve with crunchy brown rice and some chill sauce on the side.
