Oatmeal in the Desert.

I have just been to a hotel/motel on the outskirts of Joshua Tree National Park called 29 Palms Inn in California. It was truly one of the most fantastic places I have ever been too. Adobe rooms in the middle of the desert with a surrounding landscape that is hard to take in as it is so different to what we are used to. If pushed I would say comparable to the moon. This Oatmeal was part of the inclusive breakfast. Most of the ingredients served were from their extensive garden. Not easy to cultivate in such harsh conditions.
