How lucky was i to find myself in the South of France for a mini extended break. The sun shone endlessly and a scooter was hired for the perfect mode of transport. One of the pit stops was Vence high up in the hills. As if placed in the main square for me to document a mobile wood burning oven and here we have Socca a typical road side snack. A large pancake made from chick peas, olive oil and water served with no more than salt and pepper.
